Taiwan Semiconductor UGF2005GC0G Isolated Ultra Fast Recovery Rectifiers provide high current capability and low power loss. Taiwan Semiconductor UGF2005GC0G Rectifiers offer 300V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) with a 1.25V maximum instantaneous forward voltage (VF). The rectifiers have a low stored charge, and the devices' ultrafast soft recovery minimizes ringing and electrical noise in power-switching circuits, which reduces power loss. The series has a 20A maximum average forward rectified current (IF(AV)). The rectifiers also have a 5µA to 100µA reverse current (IR) with a 20ns maximum reverse recovery time (trr).
