Taica COH-1706 Sheet-Type Thermal Conductive Gel features high thermal conductivity of 3.8W/m.K and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +150°C. The softness of COH-1706 relieves mechanical stress. Good handling makes it easy to apply to heating elements. This Taica sheet-type thermal conductive gel is designed for use in a variety of applications, including LEDs, backlight modules, hybrid vehicle engine control units, electric vehicle batteries, and central processor units (CPUs).
