Susumu RGA High Temperature Thin Film Chip Resistors
Susumu RGA AEC-Q200 Compliant High Temperature Metal Thin Film Chip Resistors have an operating temperature up to +230°C. The anti-sulfur components enable low noise and long-term stability with inorganic passivation. Susumu RGA AEC-Q200 Compliant High Temperature Metal Thin Film Chip Resistors feature a maximum voltage range of 50V to 150V, and three power rating options (1/32W, 1/16W, and 1/10W). With a 0.1% tolerance and a TCR down to 10ppm, the RGA AEC-Q200 Compliant resistors are ideal for automotive and industrial applications.
