STM32MP13x is an STM32 Arm Cortex-A class microprocessor running at 650MHz and up to 1GHz. The STM32MP13x has additional features versus the STM32MP15x, including enhanced security capabilities and dual Ethernet.

The STM32MP13x MPUs offer an easier experience, reducing the time and cost of development thanks to a strong ecosystem for more security and longer battery life. The security level on the STM32MP13x has been significantly enhanced to protect data in any application, especially with connected devices to the cloud.

STM32MP13 comes in 3 different product lines
STM32MP131 line
• STM32MP133 line with dual Ethernet and CAN FD
• STM32MP135 line with dual Ethernet, CAN FD, display, and camera.
All three lines have optional security features and enhanced CPU frequencies (i.e., up to 1GHz).

The STM32MP135 and the existing STM32MP1 Series can be combined with a dedicated Power Management IC (PMIC) designed by GPA ST's division. As an MPU, ST has an important ecosystem with software tools, hardware tools, strong partners, and a full, mainlined open-source Linux solution.
