Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY66408-11 2.4GHz Front-End Module (FEM) with programmable output power is a high-performance, fully integrated RF FEM designed for Zigbee®, Thread, and Bluetooth® applications. The SKY66408-11 FEM provides an integrated inter-stage matching, harmonic filter, and digital controls that are compatible with 1.6V to 3.6V CMOS levels. The RF blocks operate over a wide supply voltage range from 1.8V to 3.6V which allows the SKY66408-11 FEM to be used in battery-powered applications. The SKY66408-11 module is mounted in a 24-pin, 3mm x 3mm x 0.6mm Multi-Chip Module (MCM) package. Typical applications include smart thermostats, Internet of Things (IoT) devices, smart lighting, sensors, range extender, and wireless audio.Features
