Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY66298-11-EVB Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate the performance of SKY66298-11 fully I/O matched Power Amplifier (PA) with high gain and linearity. This evaluation board operates within 90MHz to 990MHz frequency range.

The SKY66298-11 power amplifier is designed for FDD and TDD 2G/3G/4G LTE small cell base stations operating from 900MHz to 990MHz. This power amplifier supports all 3GPP bands. The active circuitry is integrated to compensate PA performance over voltage, temperature, and process variation. Typical applications include 3GPP band 8 small cell base stations, driver amplifier for micro and macro base stations, active antenna array, and massive MIMO.
