Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY12239-11 Voltage-Controlled Variable Attenuator is optimized for use as a wide dynamic range, low-distortion attenuator. The SKY12239-11 Attenuator offers monotonic attenuation performance with low current consumption over the device's entire control voltage range. The Attenuator requires no external control voltage signal and encompasses four matched PIN Diodes that use an external control voltage signal. The SKY12239-11 Attenuator operates over a 10MHz to 1.5GHz frequency band and a control voltage range of 1 to 5V with 2mA typical control current at maximum attenuation.
