Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY13547 Single-Pole Double-Throw (SPDT) Switches have high linearity and low insertion losses. This allows the switches to meet stringent requirements of DOCSIS 3.0 and 3.1 applications. The switches have very high power handling capability with a high IP10.1db of +38dBm with integrated dc blocking caps. The Skyworks SKY13547 has single-bit control and both can be used for prefilter and postfilter applications. Typical applications are for the set-top box and cable TV market.
