Silicon Labs EFR32MG13 Mighty Gecko Multi-Protocol SOCs

Silicon Labs EFR32MG13 Mighty Gecko Multi-Protocol Wireless SOCs are energy-efficient MCUs with a highly integrated radio transceiver. The EFR32MG13 can be used for battery-operated applications and other systems requiring high-performance and low-energy consumption. The SOCs are single-die solutions with energy efficiency, ultra-fast wakeup times, a scalable power amplifier, and no-compromise MCU features. The EFR32MG13 fully supports Bluetooth 5.0.
