Semtech SX1272 & SX1273 Low Power Long Range Transceivers

Semtech SX1272 and SX1273 Low Power Long Range Transceivers provide exceptional phase noise, selectivity, receiver linearity, and IIP3 for low current consumption. These transceivers feature a LoRa® (Long Range) modem with ultra-long range spread spectrum communication and high interference immunity while minimizing current consumption. The SX1272 and SX1273 components offer a built-in temperature sensor, low battery indicator, built-in bit synchronizer for clock recovery, preamble detection, and a -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range.

The SX1272 and SX1273 can achieve a sensitivity of over -137dBm using Semtech's patented LoRa modulation techniques. The high sensitivity combined with the integrated +20dBm power amplifier makes it optimal for any application requiring range or robustness.
