Semtech RCLAMP2891PQ TVS Diode is a low-capacitance RailClamp TVS diode designed to protect high‑speed signal lines from Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and Electrical Over-Stress (EOS). This diode supports 28V working voltage and offers 0.40pF low capacitance, ensuring minimal impact on signal integrity in RF, antenna, and camera applications. The RCLAMP2891PQ diode is optimized for high‑speed single-line protection with a low dynamic resistance of 1.8Ω (typical).
