STMicroelectronics M24128-U 128-Kbit Serial I2C Bus EEPROM is designed for high reliability and versatility. Organized as 16K × 8-bits, the M24128-U EEPROM operates within a wide supply voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and an ambient temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. This EEPROM features a unique 128-bit factory-programmed serial number stored in a read-only identification page, ensuring traceability and security. The device supports multiple I2C bus modes, including Standard-mode (100kHz), Fast-mode (400kHz), and Fast-mode Plus (1MHz). Enhanced ESD protection up to 4kV and latch-up protection, along with more than four million write cycles and over 200 years of data retention, make the STMicroelectronics M24128-U ideal for demanding applications. The M24128-U also offers hardware write protection, random/sequential read modes, and efficient byte/page write operations within 5ms.
