Macronix e.MMC™ Embedded Flash Memory Modules
Macronix e.MMC™ Embedded Flash Memory Modules are managed flash solutions that are compatible with the JEDEC e.MMC™ 5.1 standard. These modules integrate the Macronix MLC NAND device and controller chip as a multi-chip module, with a standard interface protocol to the host system. The e.MMC memory modules feature 0MHz to 200MHz MMC I/F clock frequency, 0MHz to 52MHz MMC I/F boot frequency, and MLC cell type. These modules are available in a 153-FBGA (11.5mm x 13mm) or 153-FBGA (11.5mm x 13mm, 11mm x 10mm) RoHS-compliant package. The e.MMC memory modules are used in applications such as smartphones, digital TVs, tablets, set-top boxes, and network devices.

- Supports characteristics of e.MMC™ 5.1 which is defined in the JEDEC standard
- Fully backward compatible with previous MultiMediaCard system specification
- 1bit (default), 4bit and 8bit data bus width
- 0MHz to 200MHz MMC I/F clock frequency
- 0MHz to 52MHz MMC I/F boot frequency
- Operating voltage range:
- 2.7 to 3.6V VCC
- 2.7 to 3.6V/1.7 to 1.95V VCCQ
- 153-FBGA (11.5mm x 13mm) or 153-FBGA (11.5mm x 13mm and 11mm x 10mm) package
