Silanna Plural™ 10 10-Bit Resolution Platform ADCs

Silanna Plural™ 10 10-Bit Resolution Platform Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) are a platform-based, factory-programmable analog-to-digital integrated circuit (IC). These devices are available in single or dual channels with sample rates from 20Msps to 250Msps. The devices use an internal power management system that is insensitive to power supply variation and can operate with supply voltages down to 1.5V. The devices feature internal references and can operate without an external reference or external common-mode bias. The Silanna Plural 10 10-Bit Resolution Platform ADCs can be set to operate using either CMOS or LVDS output data formats.
