SECO S984-DISS-1-C-PK Heat Spreader (Passive)

SECO S984-DISS-1-C-PK Heat Spreader (Passive) is designed for the heat dissipation of the SBC-984 highly integrated modules (commercial, solo, and DualLite versions). These SBC-984 miniature ICs with high operating frequencies generates high heat. The S984-DISS-1-C-PK heat spreader maintains the CPU within the allowed temperature range. This heat spreader is not intended to be a guaranteed standalone cooling system. The S984-DISS-1-C-PK heat spreader is used only as a supplemental means of transferring heat to another dissipation system like heat sinks, fans, and heat pipes.
