These μQ7-A76-J modules are available in small dimensions and offer high performance. The high operating frequency and small size of the μQ7-A76-J module generate high heat. The QA76-DISS-1-PK heat spreader from SECO helps to maintain the CPU within the allowed temperature range. This heat spreader is not intended to be a guaranteed standalone cooling system. The QA76-DISS-1-PK heat spreader is used only as a supplemental means of transferring heat to other dissipation systems like heat sinks, fans, and heat pipes.
