SECO QA75-DISS-1-PK Heat Spreader (Passive)

SECO QA75-DISS-1-PK Heat Spreader (Passive) is used for the heat dissipation of the μQ7-A75-J solo and dual highly integrated modules. These μQ7-A75-J modules offer high performance and are available in small dimensions. The QA75-DISS-1-PK heat spreader from SECO maintains the CPU within the allowed temperature range. This heat spreader is not intended to be a guaranteed standalone cooling system. The QA75-DISS-1-PK heat spreader is used as a supplemental means of transferring heat to other dissipation systems like heat sinks, fans, and heat pipes. An application-dependent cooling system should be designed to keep the heat sink temperature within the indicated range of the module. This cooling solution should be developed after evaluating the workload of the processor in the actual system application.
