ScioSense AS6501 2-Channel Time-to-Digital Converter
ScioSense AS6501 2-Channel Time-to-Digital Converter (TDC) is a high-performance front-end device based and derived from the TDCGPX2 converter. The ScioSense AS6501 converter provides high measurement performance and data throughput on two channels. Features include a compact design, reduced cooling, and simple data post-processing. The AS6501 converter offers high configuration flexibility and an unlimited measurement range (0s to 16s) that covers many applications. This TDC calculates all stop measurements inside, proportional to the applied reference clock.The 2-channel AS6501 TDC is housed in a QFP-48 package measuring 7mm x 7mm. This dual-channel TDC enables high-speed scanning and high precision in single-beam optical ranging equipment and medical imaging systems. Applications include automated test equipment, laser range measurement, medical imaging, time-of-flight measurement, particle physics, and lidar.
