ROHM Semiconductor SML-D13 Automotive LEDs

ROHM Semiconductor SML-D13 Automotive LEDs series includes AEC-Q101-qualified, standard SMD LEDs based on original device technology. The original device technology enables the SML-D13 LEDs to provide high brightness and reliability across the 564nm-630nm wavelength. Constructed with an AIGaInP chip structure and a diffused or tinted/diffused lens, SML-D13 LEDs are available in green, yellow-green, orange, and red. Luminous intensity ratings range from 22mcd to 120mcd. The LEDs operate with a typical 20mA forward current and 2.2V forward voltage in a mini-mold, 1608 package across a -40 to 100°C temperature range.
