ROHM Semiconductor RLD90QZW3 75W Infrared Pulsed Laser Diode is designed for LiDAR systems that perform distance measurement and spatial recognition using a 3D Time-of-Flight (ToF) system. The RLD90QZW3 features an ultra-narrow 225µm line width and temperature dependence of the laser wavelength as low as 0.15nm/°C. These features ensure high beam performance, density, and accuracy while maintaining low power consumption.
