ROHM Semiconductor KDZVTRx Zener Diodes
ROHM Semiconductor KDZVTRx Zener Diodes are small power mold type diodes featuring silicon epitaxial planar structure and high reliability. These Zener diodes offer 1000mW power dissipation and 150°C junction temperature. The KDZVTRx Zener diodes are stored at -55°C to 150°C temperature range. These Zener diodes are ideal for use in voltage regulation and are available in an embossed tape package.
