ROHM Semiconductor BM3G115MUV-EVK-003 Evaluation Board

ROHM Semiconductor BM3G115MUV-EVK-003 Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate and demonstrate the capabilities of the BM3G115MUV GaN HEMT power stage IC. The BM3G115MUV features an integrated driver and protection circuit. This power stage IC is designed to adapt major existing controllers so that it can also replace traditional discrete power switches, such as super junction MOSFETs. The BM3G115MUV-EVK-003 evaluation board features 0.15mA typical Quiescent current and 28V/ns turn-on slew rate. This evaluation board operates within the -40°C to 105°C temperature range.
