ROHM Semiconductor BD9555FVM-C Timer IC
ROHM Semiconductor BD9555FVM-C Timer IC is a 50V and 1-channel CR timer IC designed for use as a timer and OSC for automobiles. The duty width and frequency can be set through external resistance and capacity. This ROHM Semiconductor timer IC features a wide input voltage range and operating temperature range and comes in a very small MSOP8 package. The BD9555FVM-C timer IC is ideal for use in automotive LED modules.
