Renesas / Dialog AT25FF161A 16Mbit SPI Serial Flash Memory is a standard class code and data storage solution for various high-volume consumer and connected applications. The AT25FF161A operates modern Lithium battery technologies over a wide input voltage range of 1.65V to 3.6V.

The Renesas / Dialog AT25FF161A is ideal for systems in which program code is executed in place (XiP) or shadowed from Flash memory into embedded or external RAM (code shadow). This execution allows small amounts of data to be stored and updated locally in the Flash memory.
