Renesas Electronics 1-Phase Power Meter
Renesas Electronics 1-Phase Power Meter is an export power meter for the high-end market developed using an MCU to avoid the limitations of using System-on-Chips (SoCs). This meter encompasses the full solution, including a high-speed photocoupler, power device, AC/DC, and memory. The 1-phase power meter features a 72kHz integrated 900V Bipolar Junction Transistor (BJT) for 18W power supplies and accurate voltage cross-regulation. This meter requires no optocoupler, supports Device Language Message Specification (DLMS), and can be used in smart electricity meters.
