Qorvo TGA2578 Wideband Power Amplifier

Qorvo TGA2578 Wideband Power Amplifier is based on a TQGaN25 0.25um GaN on SiC process. With an operating range from 2GHz to 6GHz, the TGA2578 delivers 30W saturated output power with a power-added efficiency of >30%, and >26dB small signal gain.  

Available in a 10-lead 15mm x 15mm bolt-down package, TGA2578 features a pure Cu base for superior thermal management. The RF ports of the TGA2578 include integrated DC blocking capacitors and are fully matched to 50Ω. Lead free and RoHS compliant, the TGA2578 Power Amplifier is ideal for electronic warfare, radar, EMC amplifier, communications, and test and measurement applications.
