Qorvo TGA2219-CP 25W GaN Power Amplifier
Qorvo TGA2219-CP 25W GaN Power Amplifier is offered as a 3-stage power amplifier operating from 13.4GHz to 16.5GHz. Developed using Qorvo's QGaN15 0.15µm GaN (Gallium-Nitride) on SiC (Silicon Carbide) production process, the TGA2219-CP amplifier provides >30dB small signal gain with 31% power added efficiency. The TGA2219-CP is fully matched to 50Ω with integrated DC blocking capacitors on RF ports to simplify system integration.
The Qorvo TGA2219-CP GaN Power Amplifier is offered in a 10-lead 15mm x 15mm bolt-down package. Assembled with a pure-copper base, coupled with its high efficiency, the TGA2219-CP minimizes the strain on the system-level cooling requirements, further reducing system operating costs. Superior electrical performance and thermal management makes the TGA2219-CP ideal for supporting communications and radar applications in both commercial and military markets.
