Qorvo QPL9098 Ultra Low Noise Gain Block Amplifiers

Qorvo QPL9098 Ultra Low Noise Gain Block Amplifiers are high-linearity amplifiers with integrated bypass mode functionality. QPL9098 is optimized for the 4GHz to 6GHz frequency band and targeted for wireless infrastructure. The 5.5GHz amplifiers are used in base station receivers, antenna systems, and tower-mounted amplifiers. The amplifiers typically provide 19.6dB gain, +32dBm OIP3, and 1.3dB noise figure while drawing 68mA current from a +4.2V supply. Qorvo QPL9098 Ultra Low Noise Gain Block Amplifiers are internally matched using an enhancement-high-electron-mobility-transistor (E-pHEMT) process and require four external components for operation from a single positive supply.
