Qorvo QPD1029L Evaluation Board
Qorvo QPD1029L Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate the QPD1029L GaN RF Internally Matched FET (IMFET) transistor, which operates between the 1.2GHz and 1.4GHz frequency range. The Qorvo QPD1029L RF transistor is ideally suited for radar applications.
