Qorvo QPC8015Q SPDT Routing Switch
Qorvo QPC8015Q SPDT Routing Switch is a low insertion loss, high-isolation Single-Pole Dual-Throw (SPDT) switch with performance optimized for low-power routing and diversity applications. The QPC8015Q has a 617MHz to 6000MHz frequency range, low 0.30dB insertion loss, and a 2.5µs switching speed. In most applications, the device does not require DC-blocking capacitors, enabling a small solution size.
The Qorvo QPC8015Q SPDT Routing Switch is packaged in a compact 0.7mm x 1.1mm x 0.59mm module and is AEC-Q100 Qualified (Grade 3) for automotive applications.
