Qorvo QPA4425 Evaluation Board
Qorvo QPA4425 Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate the QPA4425 RF amplifiers, which support DOCSIS 3.1 applications up to 1218MHz using a single 24V supply. These Qorvo RF amplifiers are GaAs pHEMT/MESFET 75Ω push-pull amplifiers with 25dB of flat gain and low noise. The QPA4425 evaluation board can be used in broadband CATV hybrid modules, headend CMTS equipment, and 75Ω amplifiers.
