Qorvo QPA3223 Hybrid Power Doubler Amplifier
Qorvo QPA3223 Hybrid Power Doubler Amplifier features high output capability and operates at a frequency range of 45MHz to 1003MHz. This power amplifier is designed with GaAs Pseudomorphic High Electron Mobility Transistor (pHEMT) and GaN pHEMT die. The QPA3223 power amplifier provides excellent linearity and higher return loss performance with low noise and optimal reliability. Qorvo QPA3223 Hybrid Power Doubler Amplifier are used in 45MHz to 1003MHz Cable TV (CATV) amplifier systems.
