Qorvo QPA1006DEVB Evaluation Board
Qorvo QPA1006DEVB Evaluation Board is used to evaluate the functionality of the QPA1006D GaN Amplifier. The QPA1006D is a wideband power amplifier MMIC fabricated with the 0.15μm GaN on SiC process (QGaN15). The PCB is made from Rogers RO6035HTC dielectric, .010-inch thick, and 0.5oz copper on both sides.
