onsemi SMDA05C Transient Voltage Suppressors

onsemi SMDA05C series Transient Voltage Suppressors are designed to protect equipment attached to up to four high-speed communication lines from ESD, EFT, and lightning. onsemi SMDA05C series Transient Voltage Suppressors feature a SO-8 package, peak power of 300 W 8 x 20µS, and an ESD rating. Applications include high-speed communication line protection, data, and I/O lines, microprocessor-based equipment, LAN/WAN, and notebook and desktop PCs.
