onsemi NCV8187 1.2A LDO Linear Voltage Regulators
onsemi NCV8187 1.2A LDO Linear Voltage Regulators offer low quiescent current consumption, low dropout, low output noise, and a 75dB Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR). The NCV8187 offers protection features such as Thermal Shutdown, Soft Start, and Current Limiting and also features a Power Good Output signal for easy MCU interfacing.
The NCV8187 Linear Voltage Regulators are offered in 6-pin WDFN, DFN, and DFNW Wettable Flank packages. These devices are AEC−Q100 qualified and PPAP capable, making them ideal for use in automotive applications.
