onsemi NCP51752 Isolated Single Channel Gate Drivers
onsemi NCP51752 Isolated Single Channel Gate Drivers are designed for fast switching to drive power MOSFETs and SiC MOSFET power switches. NCP51752 offers a 4.5A source/9A sink peak currents and short/matched propagation delays. For improved reliability, dV/dt immunity, and faster turn-off, the NCP51752 has an innovative embedded negative bias rail mechanism. The onsemi drivers offer other essential protection functions, such as independent under-voltage lockout for both side drivers. The VCC UVLO threshold is referenced to GND2 for true UVLO regardless of VEE level. The NCP51752 is available in a 4mm SOIC-8 package and can support isolation voltages up to 3.75kVRMS.Features
