onsemi FCMT360N65S3 SUPERFET® III Easy-Drive Pwer MOSFET is a high-voltage Super-Junction (SJ) MOSFET that utilizes charge balance technology for outstanding low ON-resistance and lower gate charge performance. This technology is tailored to minimize conduction loss, provide superior switching performance, and withstand extreme dv/dt rates. The Easy-Drive technology helps manage EMI issues and allows for easier design implementation.
The FCMT360N65S3 is offered in an ultra-slim, surface-mounted Power88 package, providing excellent switching performance due to lower parasitic source inductance and separated power and drive sources. The Power88 package features a Moisture Sensitivity Level 1.
