onsemi 4N35 Optocouplers

onsemi 4N35 Optocouplers are general-purpose optocouplers that consist of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode driving a silicon phototransistor. These optocouplers come in a 6-pin Dual In-line Package (DIP). The 4N35 optocouplers feature a minimum current Transfer Ratio at IF = 10mA and VCE = 10V. These devices operate at a -55°C to 110°C temperature range. The 4N35 optocouplers are ideal for power supply regulators, digital logic inputs, microprocessor inputs, and power supply monitors.
