onsemi SECO-NCD5700-GEVB Application Daughter Card

onsemi SECO-NCD5700-GEVB Application Daughter Card features a high-current stand-alone IGBT gate driver and a FODM217D single-channel phototransistor optocoupler. This onsemi daughter card includes two FODM611 high immunity logic gate output optocouplers and all the necessary drive circuitry. The SECO-NCD5700-GEVB allows the soldering of any MOSFET or SiC MOSFET in a TO-247 high voltage through-hole technology (THT) package. This daughter card is compatible with the SECO-GDBB-EVB gate driver baseboard, allowing simultaneous testing of up to three half-bridge daughter cards and comparing the performances.
