This technology provides low on-resistance, lower gate charge performance, superior switching performance, minimizes conduction loss, and withstands extreme dv/dt rate. onsemi NVHL050N65S3HF MOSFET comes with the optimized reverse recovery performance of the body diode that can remove the additional components and improve the system's reliability. Typical applications include automotive onboard chargers for hybrid electric vehicles (EV) and automotive DC/DC converters for HEV/EV.
