onsemi NTMFS011N15MC N-Channel Power MOSFET

onsemi NTMFS011N15MC N-Channel Power MOSFET is produced using an advanced PowerTrench® process incorporating shielded gate technology. This MOSFET minimizes on-state resistance and maintains superior switching performance with a best-in-class soft-body diode. onsemi NTMFS011N15MC MOSFET features low ON resistance (RDS(on)) and gate charge (Qg). This MOSFET lowers switching losses and electromagnetic interference (EMI). Typical applications include synchronous rectification (SR), AC-DC and DC-DC power supplies, AC-DC adapters (USB Power Delivery) SR, and load switches.
