Nuvoton M482 NuMicro® USB FS OTG Microcontrollers

Nuvoton M482 NuMicro® USB FS OTG Microcontrollers (MCUs) are low-power and high-performance microcontrollers powered by the Arm® Cortex®-M4F core with DSP extension. These MCUs can run up to 192MHz with 175μA/MHz dynamic low power consumption. The M482 MCUs are equipped with a USB 2.0 full-speed interface with on-chip OTG PHY. These MCUs feature a 16-channel peripheral DMA controller, 8 bytes of battery-powered backup registers, 512KB/256KB/128KB zero-wait state Flash memory, and 160KB/128KB/64KB SRAM. The M482 MCUs include a built-in secure protection ROM that provides a safe space for saving confidential data or programs. These MCUs are used in applications such as gaming accessories and PC accessories.
