Nisshinbo R5117x Power Management ICs

Nisshinbo R5117x Power Management ICs contain an LDO regulator, a SENSE voltage detector, and a battery voltage detector in a single chip. The R5117x Power Management ICs with a battery voltage detector are designed for automotive applications.

The power management ICs can be used in a high-temperature environment, with a maximum operating temperature of +105°C for consumer applications and +125°C for industrial and automotive applications. The R5117x is characterized to -50°C for industrial applications and operates in a wide temperature range from low to high temperature.

Nisshinbo R5117x Power Management ICs feature an input voltage range from 3.5V to 42V, a typical supply current of 35µA, and an output voltage range of 3.3V to 5.0V. The R5117x offers a reduction of components, an early warning of input voltage drop, and improved functional safety.
