Nisshinbo NJM78LxxS 3-Terminal Voltage Regulators
Nisshinbo (New Japan Radio) NJM78LxxS 3-Terminal Voltage Regulators are designed with output voltage accuracy, operating temperature range, and MLCC correspondence improvements. These regulators operate at 100mA output current and offer high ripple rejection with an overcurrent protection circuit. Nisshinbo NJM78LxxS voltage regulators provide thermal shutdown and are available in the SOT-89-3 package.
