Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM3808 Synchronous Step-Down Power Modules
Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM3808 Synchronous Step-Down Power Modules are integrated and easy-to-use modules with a built-in inductor and power MOSFETs. These power modules can achieve up to 3A of continuous output current (IOUT) with a good load and line regulation. The MPM3808 power modules employ input voltage (VIN) feed-forward and Costant-On-Time (COT) control to stabilize the Switching Frequency (fSW) across the entire VIN range. These power modules employ sleep mode for high efficiency under light-load conditions.The MPM3808 power modules feature 21μA sleep mode IQ, 1% Feedback (FB) accuracy, 100% duty cycle, Power Good (PG), output discharge, external Soft Start (SS) control, and 65mΩ and 35mΩ integrated internal power MOSFETs. These modules are AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified and come in QFN-15 (3mm x 4mm x 1.6mm) packages. Typical applications include camera modules, automotive infotainment, automotive V2X, high-performance Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) sensors, and mobile devices.
