Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP1930 75V 10A Integrated Gate Drivers feature two N-channel MOSFETs, offering high switching frequency (fSW) and efficiency through optimized dead time (DT) control and reduced parasitic inductance. The Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP1930 drivers are ideal for motor driver power stages and DC/DC converters, helping to save space. The MP1930 is housed in a compact QFN-26 (7mm x 7mm) package.

  • Transistor-to-Transistor Logic (TTL)-compatible input

  • Quiescent current (IQ) below 130μA
