Mikroe MIKROE-3012 Heart Rate 5 Click

Mikroe MIKROE-3012 Heart Rate 5 Click is an optical biosensor Click Board designed for Heart-Rate Monitoring (HRM), as well as peripheral capillary oxygen saturation monitoring (SpO2). This Mikroe Click Board employs an AFE4404 analog front-end IC with a high dynamic range, which ensures accurate and reliable readings. The MIKROE-3012 Click can be used to develop applications based on heart rate monitoring, pulse oximetry measurements, calorie expenditure, and similar health-related applications.

The Heart Rate 5 Click uses an integrated BIOFY® SFH7072 Sensor with two green LEDs, one red LED, one infrared LED, and two photodiodes as the optical front-end. These LEDs are specially designed for the HRM and SpO2 measurement applications, offering a set of calibrated wavelengths for both LEDs and photo-sensing diodes.
