Mikroe RF Switch Click features a MACOM MASWSS0115 GaAs PHEMT MMIC single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch. The MASWSS0115 is used for switching between small signal components like filter banks, single-band LNAs, and converters. The MASWSS0115 is ideal for very small size and cost-effective applications. Mikroe RF Switch Click is used for low-power, low-loss requirements in all systems operating up to 3GHz. This includes PCS, GSM, DCS, BLUETOOTH®, and other receive chain applications.
