Mikroe 6DOF IMU 6 Click combines a 3-axis gyroscope, 3-axis accelerometer, and a TDK Invensense ICM-20689 Digital Motion Processor™ (DMP). The ICM-20689 has on-chip 16-bit ADCs, programmable digital filters, an embedded temperature sensor, and programmable interrupts. The gyroscope and accelerometer have a full-scale range and user-programmable sensors. The sensors are factory-calibrated to reduce production-line calibration requirements.
