Microchip Technology MSCSM170AM23CT1AG High Voltage Power Modules are 1700V, 124A phase leg silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFET power modules. The devices feature outstanding performance at high-frequency operation with direct mounting to a heatsink (isolated package). The modules also feature low junction-to-case thermal resistance with solderable terminals both for power and signal for easy PCB mounting.
